By bringing VirtUp, we aim to solve two major problems in the consulting industry—bidding and race-to-the-bottom pricing. We are also trying to empower experts by giving them the freedom to set their own availability, send their own meeting links to clients, and keep all they earn (no commission, no hidden fee structure). In the beginning, we consulted experts to understand their pain points and found that most wanted a space they could call their own. Right now, the market seems more client-facing, and experts are merely vying for attention.
