Hi Product Hunt 👋 We built TipiPhone to help businesses manage calls, SMS and customer communications from a single cloud platform. TipiPhone provides virtual phone numbers, business SMS, cloud calling, IVR, call routing and team collaboration tools designed for startups, agencies, recruiters, customer support teams and growing businesses. We currently offer a Free Plan so businesses can explore the platform and get started quickly. We'd love your feedback and suggestions as we continue improving TipiPhone. Thanks for checking us out!

The team setup feature stands out, it makes handoffs between reps feel smooth instead of clunky like most telephony tools I've tried.

Setting up a virtual number and routing calls to my team took me maybe ten minutes, which surprised me for a telephony tool. The free plan being genuinely usable for a small team is a nice touch.

One thing that would be super helpful is a built-in WhatsApp or Instagram inbox alongside SMS, since so many customers now reach out through those channels first. It would save teams from jumping between apps and make TipiPhone feel like a true all-in-one communication hub.

Honestly the IVR setup was way easier than I expected, it took like five minutes to get a menu tree running for my small team. Call routing to my phone just works and the SMS inbox is solid so far.

A WhatsApp Business integration would be huge for my agency since most of our client communication happens there now. Being able to route WhatsApp messages through the same dashboard alongside SMS and calls would save us a ton of tab switching.

Would love to see a built-in WhatsApp Business integration alongside SMS. A lot of my customer conversations already happen there, and toggling between TipiPhone and WhatsApp to follow up after calls breaks my flow. Tying them into the same inbox would make this a true one-stop shop for small teams like mine.

The free plan is genuinely useful, not just a stripped-down demo. Call routing took me about ten minutes to set up and the IVR options were way more flexible than I expected.

Finally tried TipiPhone last week and the call routing setup was surprisingly painless. Liked how quickly I could forward calls to different team members based on the time of day.
