We built Vingo because we were tired of the Indian resale experience ghost inquiries, lowball offers, dark bedroom photos on OLX, and the same 10 WhatsApp messages just to share specs. The insight: India has a $20B+ resale market, most of it stuck in WhatsApp groups. One thing that would really help here is a simple local price suggestion when listing an item. Since most folks are unsure how to price used gear, showing recent sold prices for similar stuff nearby would take a lot of the guesswork out.

the doorstep pickup and delivery thing is honestly a huge plus, but can you add a simple in-app chat before the pickup so both sides can double check details like size or condition. would save a lot of hassle honestly.
