How is your company adopting AI assisted development?
What I have seen so far is a split. Some power users go all in on agents like Claude Code using Skills, Hooks, Subagents, MCPs and other advanced techniques
Others only use lighter tools such as autocomplete or Cursor. Across most teams, adoption seems inconsistent
Even when people use advanced coding agents, the plans, specs and generated work tend to stay siloed with each individual engineer rather than being shared across the team. One of the newer paradigms is that teams can persist specs, AI assisted grooming of issues in Linear or Jira.
I'm curious how adoption looks in your organization:
Is anyone using AI dev tools as a team rather than individually, for example Devin style workflows
Are non technical project managers using coding agents or avoiding them
Are any companies rolling out team wide AI policies or team subscriptions
Are any companies restricting or limiting the use of AI dev tools
Would love to hear what adoption looks like across different teams
