It supports guarantees, production rates, negative accrual, offer comparisons, and compensation trends—all without requiring an account or uploading your financial data to an outside service.

I’m Andrew, creator of SalaryNspect. I’m a military veteran and current first responder, and app development is something I do on the side. I enjoy finding real-world problems and asking, “Why isn’t there an easier way to do this?” SalaryNspect came from one of those problems: If your income depends on production, commission, bonuses, or other variables, how do you know if your paycheck is actually right? What started as a way to model that math evolved into a tool for building compensation plans, tracking production, comparing expected vs. reported pay, reviewing trends, and comparing job offers. Privacy became important along the way too. SalaryNspect requires no account and doesn’t upload your compensation data to an outside service. Your data belongs to you. I’ve initially focused on professions like veterinary medicine, dentistry, optometry, automotive service advising, and sales, but custom compensation plans are supported too.
