Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Chris, founder of Vetano. I started building Vetano after being laid off from big tech and realizing how broken resume-first hiring had become. I remember thinking, “What if I could show who I am and what I can do instead of relying only on a resume?” That idea became Vetano. Vetano helps employers hire with proof, not just resumes. Talent can create ID-verified profiles with intro videos and proof-of-skill videos, and employers can review real people and real work before deciding who to interview. We started with hands-on industries like restaurants, haircare, trades, retail, automotive, and hospitality, but the bigger vision is simple: people should be hired based on ability, not just bullet points.
