We're building Vermietler because managing rental properties in Germany shouldn't require an expensive Hausverwaltung or a tangle of spreadsheets and paper folders.
Most landlords with 1–50 units are stuck in one of two camps:
1) Rent tracking in Excel, tenant documents in random Dropbox folders, Nebenkostenabrechnung once a year in a panic, and receipts stuffed in a shoebox.
2) Paying 5–8% of monthly rent to a property manager for work you could do yourself—if only the tools existed.
