AI can tell you what to do. But can it tell you what would make it wrong?

by

Most AI decision tools are optimized to give us an answer.

But for consequential decisions, I think there’s a more interesting question:

What would have to change for that answer to flip?

That idea led me to build MARK C — Counterfactual Intelligence.

Instead of simply asking an AI for a recommendation, MARK C structures the decision, models alternatives, simulates thousands of plausible futures, stress-tests assumptions, and looks for the reversal conditions where the preferred choice changes.

The goal isn't to eliminate uncertainty. It's to make uncertainty useful.

I’m curious how other builders here think about this:

Would you trust an AI more if it told you what to choose—or if it showed you exactly where its recommendation becomes fragile?

MARK C is currently in public beta, so criticism is very welcome. I’d particularly love feedback on the concept, UX, and whether you’d actually use something like this for a real decision.

Have you C MARKED it yet? ⚡
