In 2021, we saw talented creators being overlooked because people could not easily verify who they were, what they had built, or whether their influence was real.
So we started VerifiedCreators.

Our first platform brought a creator’s identity, social accounts, NFTs, creator coins, and other on-chain activity into one verified profile. It gave creators a way to establish trust and helped people discover the real individuals behind their work. More than 300 creators and businesses joined us.

But along the way, we learned something important:

A verified profile should be the beginning, not the destination.
Creators needed more than a place to prove who they were. They needed that trust to lead somewhere: to the right brands, meaningful campaigns, protected payments, and real earning opportunities.

So we rebuilt VerifiedCreators.

As part of that evolution, the identity technology behind our original platform became VerifiedOnchain, a novel, privacy-preserving identity verification protocol.
VerifiedCreators now uses VerifiedOnchain under the hood to verify that creators are real while minimizing the personal information they need to expose. We’ll share more about the protocol soon.


With identity verification operating beneath the platform, the new VerifiedCreators can focus on what creators need next.
