Are AI interviews going to change how candidates prepare?

by

More companies are starting to use AI and automated screening before candidates ever speak with a human recruiter.

That got me thinking about the other side.

If candidates are going to be interviewed by AI, shouldn't they also be able to practice with AI before the real interview?

I've personally found that reading interview questions is completely different from turning on the camera, answering in real time, handling unexpected follow-ups and staying confident.

That's a big reason I started building Verboforge.

Curious what others think: will AI interviews become a normal part of hiring over the next few years, or will companies eventually move away from them?
