Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built VenalyticsApp to solve a frustrating bottleneck: the massive operational gap between standard enterprise dashboards and the real, fluid questions leaders need to answer daily. Static corporate dashboards show you the "what," but the moment an executive needs to know the "why"—like drilling down into payroll anomalies, attrition risks, or supplier discrepancies—they hit a wall. They are forced to stare at chaotic, unformatted raw report dumps from systems like HRMS or ERP, requiring them to either waste hours manually scrubbing spreadsheet data or wait days for a backlogged analytics team. VenalyticsApp completely closes this gap by putting a fully configurable analytics engine right in your browser. No analyst skills required. Here is how it works: 1. Intelligent Report Parsing: Drop any messy enterprise report file directly into the app. It automatically structures the chaos to identify your core datasets, columns, metrics, segments, and timelines. 2. Configurable KPI Slicing: Once mapped, the platform unlocks a fully customizable playground. You can slice, dice, and filter your KPIs across any timeline or segment combinations without writing a single Excel formula or Python script. 3. Actionable Lists in Clicks: You don't just get static charts. In a few clicks, you can instantly drill all the way down to the exact, actionable list of underlying records you need to execute a decision. Because it runs entirely client-side via a local-first browser architecture, your sensitive enterprise records never leave your machine. No multi-month data warehouse rollouts, no API headaches—just instant analytical autonomy. VenalyticsApp is live and ready for you to test with your own report layouts. I’ll be right here in the comments all day—I would love to hear your thoughts on the mapping engine and the user interface! 🚀
💡 Bright idea

Being able to share a read-only dashboard link with a colleague would be huge, especially for quick reviews without needing to export PDFs or screenshots every time.

thanks for reviewing it. I would give this capability if this is hosted in corporate cloud. As I have to save it on server.

Dragged a messy Excel report into the app and watched it auto-map the segments in seconds. The client-side compute angle genuinely impressed me, no data leaves my machine.

thanks for reviewing please upvoter this app for maximum reach

Dropped a messy sales report in and it auto-mapped the segments and timelines in seconds, which honestly saved me an afternoon. The client-side compute angle is a nice touch for anyone paranoid about uploading sensitive data.

you made my day. I have seen this problem throughout my career. Always wanted to do something and built this.

I feel blessed when I save someone's time so that they can spend that more meaningfully

Would love to see a quick way to compare two uploaded reports side by side. Being able to drop two files and instantly see where KPIs diverge would make this a daily go-to for exec reviews, especially since everything stays client-side.

Yes that's on my roadmap. Keep watching for that.

I would love to connect and understand more on your use casey

💡 Bright idea

Being fully client-side is great for privacy, but a scheduled auto-refresh for dropped reports would be huge for our weekly exec reviews. Could you add the ability to set a timer that re-ingests the same file path and updates the dashboards on its own?

Great idea. One of my roadmap items. Would definitely give a thought on this. As of now this is on browser so have few limitations

the drag and drop approach actually works as advertised, which is rarer than it should be. love that everything stays client-side, no IT department required.

thanks for reviewing. Please promote this app within your organization
