VaultChat launches on June 2.

Private messaging built on Nostr.

• No phone number

• No email

• No central servers

• End-to-end encrypted (NIP-44)

The project is fully open source and available via direct APK download.

I'd love feedback from the Product Hunt community, especially regarding privacy, UX and security.

Hi Product Hunt 👋

VaultChat started as an idea, not as a coding project.

I couldn't write code, read code, or build apps myself. What I had was a problem I wanted to solve: private communication without phone numbers, emails, accounts, or central servers.

Using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and many months of testing, learning, failing, rebuilding, and testing again, VaultChat slowly became real.

Today it's a fully working encrypted messenger built on Nostr:
• No phone number
• No email
• No central server
• End-to-end encrypted
• Open source

I'd genuinely love your feedback, especially on privacy, usability, and what you'd like to see next.

Thank you for checking it out 🚀
