VaelDrop - Stop chasing client documents

The spark was the client-document chase. A simple request for files can turn into scattered attachments, vague follow-ups, missing context, and no clear answer to “are we ready yet?” I built VaelDrop for people who repeatedly collect paperwork from clients, vendors, applicants, or partners: accountants, agencies, property teams, and operators. The problem was not just uploading files. It was the whole collection-to-review loop: asking clearly, getting the right files, routing them to storage, tracking what is missing, and requesting corrections when something is wrong. The approach evolved from “make file uploads cleaner” into “make document intake operational.” That changed the product: one polished upload link, required-document checklists, intake questions, reminders, cloud storage delivery, and a dashboard that shows what arrived, what is missing, and what needs review. The goal is simple: help teams move work forward without living in email threads.
