@irhymeth Thanks for the feedback, Arpit. It's difficult to package features in a way that makes sense for all users. We felt that our built-in integrations should cover all of a user's needs in lower price tiers. Highly custom workflows that would require Zapier tend to be a side-effect of a mature sales funnel that would have other feature requirements, e.g. those in the $99 plan. If you could let us know what you're planning to use Zapier for, it would help us determine if we need more integrations in lower tiers or need to push Zapier into a lower tier. Thanks!

@stevenmoseley FIrstly, I'd never use Zapier as long as Integromat is available! :) Secondly, connecting to 3P tools is a requirement for pretty much all projects, including a personal blog. I cannot imagine not building some custom integrations but having to pay $99/month is too steep. I recently created dataled.academy and am using a whole bunch of integrations and it's just a very simple website as of today. Full disclosure: I lead growth at Integromat.

@stevenmoseley @irhymeth Thanks Arpit! I agree with you. I think we're looking to drop that down to the 49/mo plan as a next step. It could potentially go on the Lite plan as well (29/mo). @luca_g_soave Interesting feedback. So, kind of the ability to set everything up in a staged environment and then going live and upgrading. I think our approach to that has been to pretty liberally offer 30 day free trials to give people air cover to set things up. let me know if you want one!
