How do you organize everything behind your clients' websites?
Hey everyone! 👋
I'm Ignasi, the founder of Unifyca.
After more than 20 years working with websites and managing client projects, I've noticed that one of the biggest challenges isn't building or maintaining websites. It's keeping track of everything behind them.
Hosting credentials, domain renewals, DNS configurations, plugin licenses, backups, maintenance history, custom code... the information often ends up scattered across spreadsheets, emails, password managers, and different tools.
I'm building Unifyca to solve this problem, but I'm curious about how other professionals handle it.
If you manage multiple client websites, how do you keep all this information organized?
Do you use a dedicated platform, Notion, spreadsheets, or a combination of tools?
I'd love to hear how you approach this and what your biggest challenges are.
