I've been thinking about this a lot lately most productivity

apps give you infinite lists, projects, and tags. But research

keeps pointing to the same thing: people who focus on one clear

goal at a time are more likely to follow through.

I built One Goal: One Week around this idea. One goal per week,

daily check-ins, that's it. No subscription, no account, nothing

stored in the cloud.
