Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m the solo developer behind UExam, and I’m also a university student.
One thing I’ve realized from my own experience is that simply reading notes over and over isn’t always the best way to prepare for exams.
What really helped me was practicing repeatedly with different exams covering the same material.
When I completed 5–10 practice exams on the same topics, I started recognizing question patterns, recalling information faster, and answering more naturally. It almost felt like building muscle memory for exams.
But I noticed another problem: Every professor has their own way of asking questions.
Sometimes, a professor gives students just one sample exam. That’s useful, but what if you could practice with 5–10 different exams that follow the same question style and structure?
That’s one of the main reasons I built UExam.
With UExam, you can:
📚 Turn study materials into practice exams: Generate questions directly from your notes, PDFs, and other materials.
🧠 Practice through repetition: Take multiple exams covering the same topics to strengthen your understanding and recall.
🎓 Mirror your professor’s exam style: Upload even a single sample exam, and UExam analyzes its question patterns, format, and structure to generate new practice exams inspired by that style.
✅ Get graded and identify weaknesses and See how well you performed and discover which topics need more attention.
My philosophy is simple:
Don’t just memorize the material. Train yourself to answer questions about it.
I built UExam because I wanted a tool like this for my own university exams, and I figured other students might benefit from it too.
It’s still a growing project, and I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts and feedback!
