Open Door - Re-humanizing the employment process

In the past I struggled with finding a job. Much less where I fit in and felt valued. Applying to job after job with my black and a white resume. Hoping to be picked for an interview. Then hope to be hired. The end. Currently I am the one in charge of interviews and hiring where I work, and its no better on this side. Job boards are broken. They turn applicants into countless resumes and employers into faceless entities. The goal of the platform is to re-humanize the employment process. Offer tips and resources every step of the way. A fully supported employment journey. Then once hired have a employer based community hub where management and employees can post, announce, and celebrate together. Alongside rehumanizing the employment process, I aim to offer support and resources to those who face employment barriers, such as lack of education, poverty, disabilities, elderly, mental health struggles, and so forth.
