Tutorloop - Personalized AI tutoring for visual and auditory learners

What inspired me to build TutorLoop? I run an educational firm called Einstein Tutoring, a company that partners with school districts to support students, including many with learning disabilities and students who need individualized academic support. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand that many students struggle not because they lack ability, but because they lack access to the right resources and personalized instruction. As AI continues to reshape education, I wanted to build something that could help students adapt to this shift while making personalized learning tools more accessible. TutorLoop started as a way to extend the impact of tutoring beyond the one-on-one session and bring those benefits to more students. What problem does TutorLoop solve? Many families cannot afford private tutoring, and many students simply do not have consistent academic support. TutorLoop helps bridge that gap by using AI to generate quizzes, flashcards, and study tools that help students review and retain information more effectively. The platform also supports different learning styles, including visual, auditory, and reading based learners, so students can study in a way that works best for them. To make learning more accessible, TutorLoop also supports multiple languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, and more, helping students from diverse backgrounds use the platform comfortably. How did the product evolve while building it? Because of my work with Einstein Tutoring, we were able to learn directly from students, tutors, and educators while building TutorLoop. Early versions focused mainly on AI study tools, but we quickly realized that accessibility, learning styles, and simplicity were just as important. We continued refining the platform based on real tutoring experiences and feedback from students who needed tools that were easy to use and adaptable to their learning needs. TutorLoop is designed to complement tutoring, support students who may not have access to it, and help prepare students for a future where AI will play an increasing role in education.
