I'm Kaushal, founder of echowin. I built TurnPanel along with my team as an internal tool and we're now opening it up as a public beta for macOS and Windows. TurnPanel is one workspace where an AI agent can work across your computer, coordinate other agents and tools, retain context, and bring you back in when needed. The core local product is free. What it does: - Local, self-evolving harness - works across local and hosted models while conversations, memories, skills, files, and automations stay local. "Self-evolving" means turning repeated work into reusable capabilities under your control, not expanding permissions. - Browser automation - a visible browser with DOM and Chrome DevTools Protocol access. You can watch, intervene, or take control; logins, payments, and consequential actions return to you. - Model orchestration - benchmarks your machine, configures the local inference engine, and lets you connect Codex, OpenRouter, OpenCode, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, switching models per job. - Supervising other agent harnesses - delegates to interactive harnesses like Claude Code and Codex, with their terminals visible in the sidebar. - Built-in mini-app SDK - builds persistent local mini apps (dashboards, trackers, boards) using the same tools the agent has. - Spaces as trust boundaries - controls which memories, files, services, and browser sessions each job can access. - Full remote workspace - accessible through a browser or installable PWA (Pro feature).
