It all started as a fun weekend experiment to see how far I could push Windows GDI (Graphics Device Interface) effects using pure Python. The goal was simple: create maximum visual chaos (screen glitching, color inversion, horizontal shifts) while keeping it 100% harmless and fully reversible.
