The Developer/Power User (Focus on API & Scalability)

I see you have a Bulk Import feature and API access. If I'm importing 1,000+ links at once, does the system automatically generate the QR codes and UTM parameters for all of them in one go, or is that a separate step? Also, is the API rate-limited for the Pro plan?
