6 years in the making — we just relaunched Traitstack and would love your feedback

We started Traitstack back in 2020 with a simple goal. Could we build a personality assessment that used no words at all? Just images. No lengthy statements, no psychology jargon, nothing that would put someone off before they even started.

The reason that mattered to us was the people who fall through the cracks of traditional career guidance. Young people from underprivileged backgrounds, people re-entering the workforce after a long break, those who've been laid off and don't know where to start, marginalised groups who've never had anyone sit down with them and say here's how to think about your strengths. Most career tools aren't built with these people in mind. We wanted ours to be.

Six years later we've rebuilt the whole thing from the ground up. The image based assessment is stronger than ever, we've added career interest profiling, a matching engine across 2000 plus careers, and we just launched Runo; an AI guide that talks you through your results so the report feels like a conversation rather than a document.

It takes about 10 minutes and your results are yours to keep.
