As products ship incredibly fast, how are you keeping help articles and videos up-to-date?

As someone who works for , I constantly engage with success and education teams to understand how they educate customers on their new releases and what are the main challenges they face.

One of the biggest problems I've seen over last year is: Help content (videos, articles) is getting outdated quickly.

And from my conversations I've realized there are two main problems:

  1. Identifying what's gone out-of-date: When your product ships bi-weekly, it's incredibly difficult to find what article, which line in it, or which clip in a video has gone out-of-date.

  2. Fixing what's out-of-date: I've seen teams now have a prioritization framework, where some change, with every update, some change only when there's a meaningful change in the flow.

As AI gets better, my guess is this problem will hit every company at an increasing pace.

I'd love to understand how you're handling this at your organization, and whether you have such prioritization frameworks setup.
