Hey Product Hunt, I’m Sean, a chef and solo dev building Trail-Head. I started this because planning overland trips is weirdly fragmented. One app for camps, one for maps, one for trails, another for notes, then a bunch of tabs open trying to figure out if a route actually makes sense. I wanted something that felt more like a field-ready travel planner for wild roads. Trail-Head combines AI trip planning, camp discovery, trail route building, offline maps, audio guides, field reports, and saved routes into one mobile app. The goal is simple: help people plan better trips, find better places, and feel more confident when they’re out of service. It’s still early, but it’s already live on the App Store, and I’m improving it every day based on real feedback from overlanders, vanlifers, campers, and trail users.
