How we verify prop firm payouts on-chain (and why self-reported numbers aren't enough)

by

Most prop firm payout numbers you see online are self-reported. The firm posts a total, there's no way to check it, and you just have to trust it.

We wanted to solve that, so we built a verification layer using the Rise (RISEPAY) token on Arbitrum. Here's roughly how it works: when a payout is confirmed, it gets tied to an on-chain transaction that anyone can look up. That means the number isn't just a claim we're making, it's traceable back to an actual blockchain record.

Right now we're tracking this across multiple firms (Tradeify, MyFundedFutures, FundedNext, and others), with a live count of on-chain transactions and how many firms have a public Rise wallet.

Apex payouts, our biggest archive, are currently verified through sourced Reddit and X posts rather than on-chain, since Apex uses simulated funding rather than the Rise rail. We're looking at whether on-chain verification could extend there too.

A few things we're still figuring out and would love feedback on:

- How much technical detail people actually want to see (transaction hashes, explorer links, etc.) versus just a simple "verified" badge

- Whether this method makes sense as a standard for the industry, or if there's a better way to solve the self-reporting problem

- Which firms you'd want to see added to the list next

Happy to answer questions about how the verification actually works under the hood.

If you want to see the live data, it's all on .
