Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Trackora after noticing how many small service businesses (cleaning crews, construction teams, field-service companies) still track hours and payroll in spreadsheets or on paper. Curious — what size is your team, and is there anything in the payroll/expense flow that feels clunky or could be simpler?

Really like how you bundled payroll with the income and expense view, that's the part most tools miss for small crews. One thing I'd love to see is a simple client portal where the people you invoice can log in, see their open orders, and download past invoices without you having to email PDFs every time. Would save a ton of back and forth for my cleaning business especially.

Quick question: would read-only access (view orders + download invoices) cover most of what you need, or would clients also want to see payment status / mark things as received on their end?
