Trackora - Time tracking, payroll & finance for service teams
by•
Trackora combines employee time tracking, payroll, client orders, and monthly finance tracking in one simple dashboard — built specifically for small service teams (cleaning, construction, field crews) who don't need enterprise-grade complexity. Unlike most competitors, it bundles income/expense tracking directly alongside payroll, so owners see the full financial picture without a separate accounting tool. Fully localized with proper SEO routing for each language.

Tried the demo and the combined payroll + expense view is genuinely useful for a small crew like ours. Wish more tools did this without forcing a full accounting suite on you.
@growthops Thanks so much for trying it out! 🙏 That's exactly the gap I was trying to fill — most tools either force you into a full accounting suite or make you juggle a separate spreadsheet for expenses. Really glad the combined view is landing well for a crew your size.
Curious — what size is your team, and is there anything in the payroll/expense flow that feels clunky or could be simpler?
Really like how you bundled payroll with the income and expense view, that's the part most tools miss for small crews. One thing I'd love to see is a simple client portal where the people you invoice can log in, see their open orders, and download past invoices without you having to email PDFs every time. Would save a ton of back and forth for my cleaning business especially.
@nisay39193 Really appreciate this — a client portal is actually something I've been thinking about, and hearing it framed around cutting down manual PDF emailing makes the use case really clear. 🙏
Quick question: would read-only access (view orders + download invoices) cover most of what you need, or would clients also want to see payment status / mark things as received on their end?
honestly the bundling of payroll with income and expense tracking in one view is really thoughtful, basically cuts out the whole tab-switching mess for small crews. solid execution.
@oren_lin Appreciate it! 🙏 The tab-switching problem was actually the exact pain point I was trying to solve, so it's great to hear it's landing that way in practice.
Honestly, the bundled payroll plus income and expense view is a nice touch for small service shops like ours. Wish more tools skipped the extra accounting step and kept it this straightforward.
@miles_bao Thanks! 🙏 That seems to be resonating with a lot of small service teams — glad it's landing well for you too. Curious what kind of shop you're running — always trying to get a better sense of who this ends up being most useful for.
