Pocket Screen v1.5.0 is now available
Thank you again for all the thoughtful feedback on Pocket Screen.
Version 1.5.0 has now been approved and is available on the Mac App Store. Several improvements in this update were shaped directly by the feedback I received here, including requests for better performance control and more flexibility in how each floating window is displayed.
What’s new:
• Focus View — select and magnify only the part of a window you need
• Per-PiP update quality — choose Energy Saver, Standard, or Smooth depending on the content
• Independent opacity controls for each PiP
• A shortcut to temporarily hide and restore all PiPs
• Shortcut keys are now shown directly in the menu
For example, you can keep a video running in Smooth mode while displaying a document or dashboard in Energy Saver mode to reduce unnecessary processing.
Thank you to everyone who tried Pocket Screen and shared suggestions. Your feedback continues to help make the app more useful and easier to use.

per-PiP quality control is the one I'd use most, running one feed in Smooth while everything else sits in Energy Saver matches how I'd actually want to split attention instead of every window fighting for the same resources. glad the performance feedback made it into an actual release this fast

@omri_ben_shoham1 Thanks, Omri!
I’m really glad that part of the update resonated with you. Your performance feedback was genuinely helpful, and it’s great to see the new controls matching how you’d actually use the app.
