π We're launching on Product Hunt TOMORROW (July 28).
Here's exactly what we built β and why it's different.
The typical foreign founder journey:
Google "how to register US LLC" β 12 conflicting Reddit threads
β Sign up for Doola/Firstbase β pay $297-$399
β Realize you still need a domain ($15), email ($72), hosting ($120)
β Now you have 4 vendors and $500+ in first-year costs
β Nobody warned you about Form 5472 ($25k penalty)
β Nobody helped you set up your Stripe account
TopStartNow's approach:
β One vendor: LLC + RA + Domain + Email + AI Website
β From $200/year (less than Doola for LLC alone)
β Free company name checker + AI website builder on the site
β 58 detailed guides if you want to DIY
β Bilingual English + δΈζ
Try the free tools before tomorrow:

See you tomorrow at 12:01 AM PT π

I opened your pricing page before tomorrow, and one line in this post does not match it.
The bullet pairs LLC + RA + Domain + Email + AI Website with "from $200/year". Your own comparison table puts that exact bundle at $399. Starter at $200 is LLC, registered agent and the filing fee, with EIN as a guide rather than a filing. Domain and email begin at $299. The AI website builder begins at $399.
$399 still beats the $500 first year you describe, so the argument for the product survives. It is the pairing of the full feature list with the entry price that someone will pull apart in the comments, and launch day is a bad day to be explaining a number.
@abdullah_javaid3Β Good catch β you're absolutely right. That line is wrong and I need to fix it.
The actual pricing is:
β’ $200/yr Starter β LLC + Registered Agent + state filing
β’ $299/yr Business β + Domain + Email + EIN filing
β’ $399/yr All-in-One β + AI website builder + hosting
I wrote the bullet sloppily last night trying to condense everything into one sentence, and ended up pairing the feature list with the wrong price. That's entirely on me.
Appreciate you calling it out before the comments did. Fixing the first comment now. π
@hostwinds8989Β The three tier list you just wrote in the correction is clearer than the launch bullet ever was, each price sits next to exactly what it buys. I would put that list in the launch comment verbatim. Good luck today.
@abdullah_javaid3Β Really appreciate that β and agreed. The original bullet was me trying to cram everything into one sentence and it backfired. The three-tier list is what should have been there from the start. Already updated the first comment. Thanks for the push and the well-wishes π€
