Toki 2.0 - Automatically go from ideas to scheduled plan
by•
Toki 2.0 is not a calendar. It’s your AI scheduling agent.
It thinks, plans, and organizes your time — before you even ask.
From messy ideas to fully scheduled days, Toki handles everything:
• Plans your schedule intelligently
• Capture early thoughts and turn them into events
• Remembers context and preferences
• Automates actions with triggers
Your time, finally handled.

This is really useful, looking forward to see how it evolves. Does is have access to real time web data?
Toki: AI Scheduling & Tasks
@alxrda Hi Alexandru, thanks! Great question.
Toki does incorporate real-time signals in certain contexts today — for example things like weather, time, and your current schedule are already factored into how it makes suggestions.
That said, we’re still being thoughtful about how far to extend real-time web access. The goal isn’t just to pull in more data, but to make sure it actually improves decision-making in a meaningful way.
Longer term, we do see Toki evolving toward a more agent-like system that can selectively tap into real-time information when it’s useful — not just available.

The more I think about Toki, the more the value seems to be in reducing the “did I forget something?” burden, not just creating calendar events faster. That is a big theme for family planning too: reminders often start as quick fragments, then need to become reliable shared plans.
For users who bring in voice notes, screenshots, or rough ideas, what has been the hardest type of plan for Toki to interpret cleanly?
