Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built TimeZone Jobs because I kept running into the same painful experience. I’d find a job listing that said “fully remote, work from anywhere.” I’d spend an hour tailoring my resume and cover letter. I’d go through a phone screen, a technical interview, sometimes a third round — and then, right before the offer, I’d find out: “Oh, we actually need you available ‒ EST. Is that a problem?” Yes. Yes it is. The frustrating part is that this information was usually in the job description — just buried in paragraph four, phrased as “preferred timezone” or “some overlap with US East Coast required.” No job board I tried had any way to filter for this.
