I built timer.media because I kept reaching for online timers during calls and standups and getting hit with ads, cookie banners, or timers that quietly drifted after 20 minutes. The site is statically generated with Astro. One template produces all 60+ pages. The whole thing runs in a 15MB Docker container. No tracking, no cookies, no accounts. I'm working on the "real" product behind this: a remote-controlled timer where you manage a rundown from one device and the presenter sees the countdown on another, synced in real time.
