Hi Product Hunt! I built Timelines because my week lives in too many places: a work Outlook calendar, the family's Google calendars, tasks in two apps and birthdays on contacts. Every calendar app showed some of it; none showed all of it in one list I could read at a glance.

So Timelines puts everything on one scrolling timeline:

  • Google and Microsoft accounts side by side — personal, work or school

  • Overlapping and multi-day events get their own lanes, so a busy week stays readable

  • Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do sit on their due date, and overdue ones stay until you finish them

  • Birthdays from Google and Outlook contacts

  • A meeting that is in both a Google and an Outlook calendar shows up once

  • A home-screen widget with room for long schedules

It only reads. Your data goes from Google and Microsoft straight to your phone — there is no Timelines server, no ads and no analytics.

On pricing, upfront: for the first 7 days it refreshes whenever you like. After that the free version refreshes at most once every 10 hours, because Google rations its Calendar and Tasks API quota per app rather than per user, so every refresh comes out of one shared daily pool. A subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase lifts the limit.

It is Android-only for now, in English and German. I'd love to hear what you would want from an agenda that this doesn't do yet!
