@tanveer_hussain0078 completely new reporting UI. Much of that is just visual but with Connect+ (part of Pro+) we have access to much better/more data now, too.

Over those many years, shopping carts have come and gone. ThriveCart is the one shopping cart that I know I can put my energy and my business into it's hands. Once the setup is done, my old friend has worked tirelessly to help my customers and my company receive the funds we need to survive.

I love the idea of ThriveCart, and bought not only it, but also the full Learn+ suite, and now I've got Pro+.
Everything was going great until one day my affiliate payouts stopped working. I contacted support and they couldn't figure out why. They "escalated the ticket" and still don't know why it doesn't work. So now I've paid nearly $1000 for an app that doesn't work as promised, and the company has no incentive to fix the issue because I've already paid them.
I'm now looking for another solution and frustrated that my money's gone. I wish instead of coming out with new features, like Pro+, they'd spend the same effort fixing issues like the one I'm facing.

@christopher_maselli have escalated this within support team to look into this.
There are no known issues affecting multiple affiliates at the moment so this is likely to be an isolated issue.
