I'll start:

I was working with a large enterprise customer in the Tech space. They had Microsoft EVERYWHERE (hook, line, and sinker)...and we used Slack

So I downloaded Teams on my laptop and phone, I signed up for a Microsoft account using my work email, and then I sent that over to the customer

They tried adding me as a Guest to their Teams setup internally, but that required admin approval (eventually got that through)

And this is where the worst happened

About a week later, my laptop restarted, all the apps closed, and Teams wasn't set to launch at start-up...

Needless to say, we didn't win that opportunity
