Tether - Visual workspace for PMs for cross-functional collaboration

by
Tether is a visual workspace for Product Managers to drive cross-functional progress through purpose-driven nudges and traceable collaboration. PMs can create team spaces, send structured nudges like reminders or blockers, and track progress through traceable "Links." It works independently of Slack or email, with a focus on visual accountability. Leaders get a bird's-eye view of team momentum without getting into the weeds.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Tether started from a problem I kept running into as a PM — too many tools, too much noise, and still no clear way to know if the right people were unblocked and moving forward. Slack messages get buried. Emails get ignored. Jira is a graveyard of stale tickets. None of them were built for the specific job of nudging cross-functional teams with intent. So I built Tether — a lightweight command center where PMs can create team spaces, send structured nudges (reminders, blockers, check-ins), and track progress through traceable "Links." Every nudge has a purpose. Every action leaves a trail. What I wanted to get right was the leadership layer. AVPs, VPs, and CXOs rarely need another dashboard — they need momentum visibility without getting into the weeds. Tether's bird's-eye view was built exactly for that. This is a demo project, but the core idea is real: internal nudging shouldn't feel like noise. It should feel like momentum. Would love to hear from fellow PMs — what's your biggest cross-functional communication pain point right now?
