Tawrida - Run your field, warehouse, books & export in one system

Tawrida is the trade operations platform for distributors and exporters. Field sales, multi-branch stock, cash & credit, and the full export pipeline — ACID, customs, certificates and the LC — on one shared record. Works offline, Arabic-first, web + mobile.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Mohamed Zakarya, one of the makers of Tawrida. A distribution business is really four businesses stitched together: reps taking orders in the street, stock spread across branches and trucks, cash and credit that have to reconcile, and - for anyone who exports - a mountain of customs and shipping paperwork. In markets like ours, each usually lives somewhere different: WhatsApp, Excel, a paper notebook, the POS, and the export desk on its own spreadsheets. One sale ends up in five places that don't agree, and money leaks quietly in every gap. We built Tawrida so the whole operation runs on one shared record. A rep captures an order on their phone - offline, with the buyer's credit and your stock checked before it's even saved - and that exact record is what the warehouse ships, the books reconcile the same day, and the export desk clears all the way to a loaded container (ACID, customs, certificates, the letter of credit). It's Arabic-first, works with no signal, and runs on web + mobile. The part we're proudest of is the export pipeline - the "border." Field-sales apps stop at the order; accounting systems stop at the invoice. As far as we know, Tawrida is the only platform that runs trade all the way through export. It's live today with paying customers running their whole operation on it. We think of it as the operating system for how physical trade actually works in emerging markets, starting with Egypt and MENA. I'd love your feedback — especially from anyone who's built vertical SaaS for offline/physical operations, sold into emerging markets, or wrestled with export/customs software. What would you want to see next? 🙏

The Arabic-first approach is really thoughtful. One thing that would help our team is a built-in customer statement generator that pulls outstanding balances by branch and emails it automatically each month, saves us a lot of manual work chasing payments.

Thanks, Ceylin! That's a great suggestion. Customer statements are definitely on our roadmap, and having them generated automatically by branch with scheduled email delivery would save finance teams a lot of time on collections. We also want to make them flexible enough to support different customer and aging formats. Really appreciate you sharing this use case!

The Arabic-first setup felt really natural to use on mobile, and I was surprised the offline mode actually kept my sales and stock updates in sync once I got signal back. The export pipeline view is a nice touch too.

Thanks, Hakan! Really appreciate the kind words. We put a lot of effort into making the Arabic-first experience feel natural and ensuring offline sync is reliable for teams working in the field. And I'm glad the export pipeline stood out—that's the part we believe truly sets Tawrida apart by connecting field sales all the way through customs, documentation, and shipment. Thanks for taking the time to check us out and share your feedback!
