TapBooks - Bookkeeping that takes minutes, not hours

Hi everyone, Jochem here, founder of TapBooks. Thanks for checking us out today. TapBooks started while I was helping my wife with the bookkeeping for her small business. We were juggling spreadsheets, folders full of receipts and PDFs, and every bookkeeping app we tried felt like it was built for accountants instead of business owners. That experience made me realize the real problem wasn't bookkeeping itself, it was the chaos around it. So instead of building another feature-packed accounting platform with a steep learning curve, I focused on something much simpler: software that helps small business owners stay organized without needing to think like an accountant. Today you can scan receipts, create invoices, track expenses and VAT, and send your accountant everything they need in one tap. I also spent an unreasonable amount of time obsessing over the design. I wanted TapBooks to feel calm, simple and enjoyable to use, more like a product you'd actually want to open than traditional accounting software.
