Launching July 28 — what would make you actually keep a coffee journal?

We're launching Tamp here on July 28. It's a specialty coffee journal — log a bean in about 30 seconds — plus discovery matched against live catalogs from 1,000+ roasters in 42 countries, synced daily from their own shops. Free, no paywall, iOS and Android.

Before launch day I'd rather hear objections than compliments. If you've tried tracking coffee before or even just use a notes app and stopped: what killed it? Too much typing? Nothing useful came back out? Something else?
