And every time I needed to check stamp duty or EMI numbers for a property in India, the info was scattered across bank websites and finance blogs with wildly inconsistent numbers. So I built calculators that show their formula and a worked example alongside every result — for US home improvement (concrete, tile, roofing, mulch/gravel, flooring) and India real estate (home loan EMI, stamp duty by state, rent vs. buy, property tax). There's also a free AI floor plan generator that turns a plain-English description into an editable 2D floor plan for Indian residential plots, with an optional Vastu-aware mode. Everything is free, no sign-up required, ad-supported.
