Tabster - Split the bill, keep the vibe.

A few years ago I got back from a long weekend trip with friends and spent the better part of a day manually inputting crinkled receipt values into spreadsheets, doing the math on who paid what, and tracking down Venmo handles. By the time it was sorted, the trip already felt very far away. I kept thinking: there has to be a better way to handle this so the trip ends on a stronger note. So I built Tabster. The short version: snap a photo of the receipt (or paste a link), and Tabster turns it into an interactive bill your whole group can collaborate on in real time. Everyone taps the items they ordered or swipes to split the shared appetizers. Settle up through whatever payment app each person already uses: Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle. A few things that make it a little different from what's out there: – Cross-platform. Works on iPhone, Android, and web. – Payment app coverage across Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, and more. – Trip mode for longer hangs. Tabster calculates differences owed at the end of the trip. – Each tab and trip becomes a shared memory feed with photos and reactions from the friends who were there. – 100% free.
