My core: I think voice reduces friction for complex questions because asking a follow-up feels effortless compared to typing and reading through docs. The real advantage may not be voice iteself, but keeping people engaged long enough to explore their objections instead of leaving after the first unanswered question.

What counts as hesitation for you, is it things like scroll behavior or time on page, and can teams tune it?

@othman_katim Esentially the agent takes insights from Interactions like mouse, scroll behavior and couple of other on page element indicators and it prioritises the signals based on a special logic, that i'm constantly testing and improvising. Currently its not modifyable by the users as it may lead to unprecedented results. Its automatically tuned for the best results based on the behavior.

We are already seeing results on increased Engagement time on average of 6-7 minutes and upwards of 14 minutes, coupled with increase in conversion of upto 23% compared to before≥
