SwipeHome Lite is a digital health record for your home or rental. It lets you walk room-by-room, document issues with photos, track inspections and repairs, and export a clean report you can keep or share. Built to create a clear, timestamped record of a property’s condition; before move-ins, after work is done, or anytime something changes and connect you to the right local contractor when action is needed.

I built SwipeHome after realizing something weird: we track our cars better than our homes. SwipeHome Lite is our first step, a simple way to document a home’s condition room by room, create a clean record you can actually keep, and avoid the “was this already broken?” conversations that always come up later. It’s intentionally lightweight, free to use, and built to work for homeowners, renters, and landlords alike.
