The lightweight in-app survey tool for SaaS and e-commerce teams. Collect NPS, CSAT, and attribution feedback with popup surveys and shareable survey pages. Free trial, no credit card.
Hi everyone!
A few years ago, I launched the first version of Survser here. Since then, the product has become much more mature, focused, and useful.
Survser started as a simple microsurvey tool for SaaS teams. Today, it also supports e-commerce and Shopify merchants who want to collect better customer feedback without adding another heavy, expensive tool to their stack.
The product now supports three survey channels:
- Popup surveys for websites and in-app feedback
- Shareable survey pages
- Shopify post-purchase surveys on the Thank You page
The original motivation is still the same. As a product manager and solopreneur, I was frustrated that many survey tools were either too expensive, too complex, or too bloated for small teams. I wanted something affordable, simple to set up, and pleasant to use.
That is what I’m trying to build with Survser: a lightweight way to ask the right question at the right moment and turn customer feedback into practical decisions.
I’d love for you to try it, share feedback, and let me know what you think. You can get started for free.

How does the Shopify checkout integration actually work technically? Does it slow things down at all or do respondents just not see anything until after they complete the order?

love how lightweight the popup setup feels, dragged in the snippet and had a survey live in like three minutes

Really clean setup, got a survey running in my Shopify store in under five minutes which I did not expect. The targeting options feel solid for actually reaching the right customers.

Finally tried the in-app popup builder and it took maybe two minutes to get a survey live, which is way faster than the tool I was using before. The Shopify checkout hook was a nice surprise since most survey tools ignore that step entirely.
