@jdawg22 Used this for a simple team survey this week, and it was a hit! Our engineers loved it, as I suspected they would given our nerdy tendencies. Would have really liked if the form could have had sections with the achievements coming at the end of each section, but either way it was fun, and strangely motivating to get the achievements as we went through. Grid compatibility would be a nice future capability as well. Great work and thanks for sharing!
