Congrats on the launch! Just curious to know that would the assistant be able to share screenshots/ product tours in case user ask for some product related feature? Let’s say for eg I am having difficulty understanding analytics dashboard- would the chatbot be able to help me on that?

That's an interesting question. For now, the chatbot would be able to explain, in simple terms, about the analytics dashboard and even provide the users with a video/tour link if you have it in your knowledge base. But I'm afraid it won't be able to display pictures or videos inside the chat.
