Two supplement bottles can have the same sticker price and very different ingredient amounts. This calculator puts those prices on the same basis using the active amount shown on the label.

For example, a hypothetical $30 bottle with 60 servings and 200 mg per serving costs $0.25 per 100 mg. That is a comparison amount, not a recommended dose. Compare the same ingredient in the same unit, and consider form, testing, evidence, and safety separately.

The tool is free. Our ingredient guides and practical comparisons are at . Feedback on confusing label inputs or the results display would be useful.
