I built Supercomp out of frustration, honestly. 🫠 I’ve been going to the gym for about 5 years. Like a lot of people, I wasn’t lazy — I just couldn’t put everything together at the same time. I’d be consistent with workouts but off on nutrition. Or eating well but inconsistent with cardio. Or doing everything “right” for a few weeks, then losing direction. What I eventually realized is that for people who struggle to see results, you almost need to be perfect across multiple things at once — workouts, meals, cardio, consistency, time. And that’s really hard to do without guidance. I couldn’t find a tool that actually guided me from the first step to the last, over weeks or months, without guessing. So I built Supercomp 🧠💪 It gives you a full plan — workouts, meals, cardio — for up to 24 weeks, based on your schedule, preferences, and goal.
