From idea to App Store, I owned every part of this one myself

From idea to App Store, I owned every part of this one myself: the concept, the architecture, the build, and the deployment.

SudaMark is a car marketplace app built specifically for Sudanese people — whether you're in Sudan or part of the diaspora. Buying and selling cars shouldn't require endless phone calls with no way to verify who you're actually dealing with.

It connects Sudanese buyers and sellers directly, with verified listings and in-app messaging, built around how Sudanese people actually shop for cars — not a copy-paste of a Western marketplace app.

A few things I focused on, end to end:
- Planned, built, and shipped native Android & iOS apps myself
- Full Arabic RTL experience from the ground up
- Direct buyer-seller messaging, no middleman
- Verified listings to build trust in a market where trust is everything
- Handled deployment and launch independently, start to finish
This reflects a broader pattern in my work at Vestra Technology — building infrastructure-aware, Arabic-first products for the Sudanese market and diaspora. But SudaMark is the first one I've taken completely solo, from planning through deployment.
