How do you currently track your subscriptions?

Curious what people use — I realized I was wasting €130/year on forgotten subscriptions and built this tracker to fix it. Most people I've talked to either use nothing, a notes app, or a basic spreadsheet. The problem is none of those remind you before you get charged. What's your current setup? Would love to know what's working and what's missing.
